CANUS

FOR CLOUD OPERATORS

Your next project.Put together, checked, expanded.

You have customers waiting for GPU capacity. CANUS helps bring the funding, data-centre, power, equipment and installation partners into one project. LARUS tracks their responsibilities and deadlines. Our verification technology checks delivery against what your customer ordered. You keep your cloud and customers as the project expands.

You own the customer and the project. Partners own their financing, supply and build. CANUS owns its programme work and the results it signs.

01The customers

It starts with someone who needs computing power.

AI companies. Usually more than one.

An AI company needs thousands of GPUs, and needs them soon. That order is the reason everything beneath it gets built.

BEFORE EQUIPMENT IS ORDERED

Scope it.Bring the partners in.

What is being ordered, by whom, for when, and what is missing. Your existing partners stay; where a piece is missing, CANUS helps bring in the funding, data-centre, power or installation partner to fill it. Delivery requirements and the evidence the decision-makers will use are agreed while the order is still being written.

  1. 01

    The customer's requirements

What must be delivered, in the customer's words, written into the order.
  2. 02

    The companies involved

Who finances, who supplies, who builds, who powers, and what each needs from the others. Agreed up front, with what CANUS will independently check at delivery.
  3. 03

Who receives and uses the results

Which organisations may use the delivery record, for which decisions, and how they can question it.

AT DELIVERY

One handover.Everyone can act.

The lender needs information, the supplier needs payment, the site needs power, the customer needs a delivery date. LARUS tracks those requirements, dependencies and owners. When a phase is delivered, CANUS checks it and issues one signed record to the named organisations; unresolved and adverse results are preserved, not edited away. Where billing depends on customer sign-off, a completed installation may not yet be earning revenue. CANUS provides independent delivery evidence for the customer's decision under the contract.

CANUS signs the result. The parties apply their own agreements.

FUNDING INSIDE THE PROGRAMME

Funding conditions, inside the programme.

In development with prospective lenders and investors. The programme records the evidence a participating lender has agreed to use and the conditions that remain its own. A project on the CANUS Register is not credit-approved or financeable by definition; each institution applies its own policy.

Programme fees are agreed before work begins, based on the project's scale, the work included and ongoing services. They do not depend on a favourable result or funding approval.
