The company behind the programme.

CANUS Technologies is the Australian company building the programme through which a cloud operator puts its next AI infrastructure project together and carries it through delivery and expansion. We work out what the project needs, bring funding, data-centre, power, equipment and installation partners into one programme, track the work in LARUS, independently check each delivery and stay for the next phase. The partners finance, supply and build. The operator keeps its cloud and its customers. CANUS stands behind its programme work and its independent results.

The gap
Contracted AI capacity is growing faster than any infrastructure class before it. Customers, lenders, insurers and site owners need an independent record of whether that capacity was delivered as agreed: a record no party to the transaction can produce for itself.

The boundary
CANUS coordinates the programme. It does not finance, supply, build or operate what it coordinates, and it does not access workload, customer, model or internal operational data. Delivery-check evidence is handled by CANUS under its own access controls.

The standard
Independent delivery checks for AI compute will be trusted only if the company producing them has no operational stake in the compute, the energy or the financial outcome it checks. CANUS is set up to that standard.

Our governance, disclosures and engagement model keep that independence intact as the company grows, and have done so from the first day.

The team's work draws on experience across the power chain that AI infrastructure increasingly depends on: renewable generation, power electronics, mission-critical UPS architecture, data centre infrastructure, and large-load energy procurement.

Grid-scale energy infrastructure operator. Multi-megawatt PPA origination, BESS and FCAS structuring. Previously Riello UPS and MMEM. Inventor on the CANUS patent filings; owns the commercial, capital and regulator relationships.

Founding executive of KBRA. Securitisation, criteria development and methodology governance: the discipline that makes a new asset class ratable. Built and defended published criteria through committee process, regulatory scrutiny and full market cycles. Advises the CANUS programme on criteria architecture and methodology governance as AI capacity becomes a financeable asset class. Identity and background are provided directly to qualified counterparties and investors under NDA.

Researchers and contributors are engaged privately across the programme, from early engagement through to patent stage. External patent and corporate counsel are engaged under non-disclosure.

FROM THE FOUNDERS

Why CANUS exists.

CANUS was founded on the power side of large energy infrastructure: PPA origination, storage structuring, grid connections, mission-critical power, joined by enterprise data and security. AI compute is the largest new load the grid has taken on, and the least independently checked. Whether that capacity was delivered as agreed, the fact that makes it fundable and billable, should not be decided by anyone selling it.
